A propos andere PowerVision-Produkte.

Well... it seems your page deleted my previous comment (it was admittedly quite large)... therefore I must make any next version brief. Essentially, I was only verifying that I totally like your website. Now we'll see whether my shorter comment gets displayed, or does your web site reject each and every comment?

Many years ago, people were taught that every resume must have a group of bullet-point duties and responsibilities for any work position we've ever been hired for - and the larger the amount the better. Not today! Nowdays, employers plan to only spend a few seconds (or less) when glancing through your resume. Do not use the duties/responsibilities resume approach!

Today, companies demand to be given the actual work title you intend to apply for - but a general resume fails to include this. On top of that, they immediately look to learn what positively differentiates you - while a general resume causes you to appear identical to the other 399 general resumes they have already had dumped on them.

The lion's share of organizations rate the duties and responsibilities resume format, as snooze-worthy and of no value. Instead, employers must learn what sets you apart from other applicants, plus actual examples of contributions you made at past jobs.

Resume phrases like for instance "results driven", have no value. They sound cliche and do not present you in a positive way. Ditto for text like "hard worker". The best phrases target what you did at your prior employment and how beneficial you would be to this future employer.

Today's companies do not review each of the four hundred or higher resumes sent to them - for just one job opening! The fact is, they will quickly throw out 95 of them, if any resume does nothing to hold the reader's interest.

Years and years ago, job hunters were told that our resume has to have a group of point-form duties and responsibilities beside every employment we have ever had - and the greater the volume the better. Not anymore! Currently, hiring decision-makers plan to only allow 10 seconds (maybe even less) when initially evaluating your resume. Don't use the duties/responsibilities resume template!

Is it a good idea to write a general one-size-fits-all resume, that you can submit anytime, anywhere, for any work? The Truth: It is a horrible choice! The key fact: Companies have to review as much as five hundred resumes per day! Therefore they throw out every resume which is not narrowly targeted to the position being hired.

Today's employers rate the Duties-and-Responsibilities resume technique, as obsolete and valueless. Instead, employers wish to see what sets you apart from other applicants, including work-based examples of accomplishments you've made for former employers.

Sticking to the duties/responsibilities resume template, will make sure that your resume gets dumped in the garbage! Interviewers couldn't care less about what you did at past organizations. In actual fact, they want to hear the verifiable accomplishments you have made.

Most job searchers don't know that four of every five available jobs (and particularly almost every one of the highest-paying jobs), are only posted inside the "hidden" employment market. Prevent losing the job being hired by using a general resume! All a general resume does, is tell them how you fade into the crowd - not how you outdo your competition for the same position.

In the current job market, organizations want to see the specific job title you wish to apply for - and a general resume fails to show this. Should you pay for a general one-size-fits-all resume, which you can submit anytime, anywhere, for any job offering? The Truth: It is a horrible error! The truth: Hiring decision-makers are forced to sort through up to 400 resumes in a single day! Therefore they toss out any resume that is not intentionally targeted to the work being offered.

You need to verify that the cover letter hooks your potential organization, reassures them, and entices them to review your resume so they will want to choose you for the interview. Given the excessive amount of resumes sent to every work offer currently, your cover letter frequently becomes the key selection factor as to whether you win an interview - or get thrown into the garbage!
