Die Zubehörprodukte von Pitaka sind inzwischen bekanntermaßen meine bevorzugte Wahl in Sachen iPhone-Hülle und Ladeprodukte. Die Hüllen schmiegen sich nicht nur perfekt an das iPhone an, sondern sind auch extrem stabil und dank inzwischen kompletter Unterstützung von MagSafe auch mit dem Original-Zubehör von Apple kompatibel. Auch für die iPhone 13 Modelle hat der Hersteller inzwischen die passenden Schutzhüllen in den Handel gebracht. Durch die komplette Kompatibilität mit dem MagSafe-System braucht es allerdings auch neues Pitaka-Zubehör, wie beispielsweise die Kfz-Halterung. Diese lässt sich inzwischen in ihrer beuen Version bei Amazon bestellen. Pitaka hatte mir ein Exemplar hiervon vorab zur Ansicht zur Verfügung gestellt, welches mich erneut komplett überzeugt hat.

Neben der MagSafe-Unterstützung, welche das iPhone in der zugehörigen Pitaka-Hülle wirklich bombenfest an der Halterung fixiert, hat Pitaka vor allem die Befestigung für die Lüftungsschlitze überarbeitet. Wurde die Halterung früher einfacht nur auf die Lamellen gesteckt, was nicht in jedem Auto zu guten Ergebnissen geführt hat, verwendet Pitaka bei seinem MagEZ Car Mount Pro nun einen Haken, der über die Lamelle greift und dann festgeschraubt wird. Das Ergebnis ist eine wirklich fest sitzende Halterung, die auch bei unebenen Straßen nicht verrutscht. Auf die Lüfterbefestigung wird der eigentliche magnetische Handyhalter dann per Kugelgelenk aufgeschraubt, was eine flexible Anpassung der Position ermöglicht.

Die Halterung wird per USB-C Kabel mit dem Auto verbunden und lädt das an ihr befestigte iPhone anschließend mit einer maximalen Leistung von 15 Watt per MagSafe. Die dabei entstehende Wärmeentwicklung wird von einem in die Halterung integrierten Lüfter reduziert, dessen Geräusche beim Autofahren nicht wirklich zu hören sind.

Fazit: Das MagEZ Car Mount Pro rundet das Pitaka-Ökosystem hervorragend ab. Nutzt man die durch und durch empfehlenswerten Hüllen an seinem iPhone 13, ist die Anschaffung der Kfz-Halterung ein No-Brainer. Dank der neuen Lüftungsschlitz-Befestigung und der Unterstützung von MagSafe sitzen die Halterung selbst und das daran befestigte iPhone bombenfest. Von mir gibt es daher eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
