iPad Pro mit MagSafe-Laden über gläsernes Apple-Logo?

Allgemein wird erwartet, dass das iPad Pro in seiner nächsten Generation kabelloses Laden via MagSafe unterstützen wird. Um dies zu gewährleisten, müsste die Rückseite des Geräts allerdings aus Glas bestehen, da das bislang verwendete Aluminium die Ladeleistung beeinträchtigen würde. Unter anderem hatte der Bloomberg-Kollege Mark Gurman bereits vor einiger Zeit berichtet, dass dies in der Tat der Weg sein würde, den Apple einschlägt. Auf den Markt kommen soll das neue Gerät vermutlich im Frühjahr. Allerdings vermelden die Kollegen von 9to5Mac aktuell, dass Apple sich von dem beisherigen Plan einer Glas-Rückseite beim iPad Pro verabschiedet hätte, da man die Gefahr, dass dieses in Anbetracht der Größe brechen könnte als zu groß ansieht.

Es gibt allerdings inzwischen auch einen Alternaivplan, der vorsieht, dass man das Apple-Logo auf der Rückseite größer und aus Glas gestalten könnte, worüber dann das MagSafe-Laden doch noch ermöglicht werden soll. Angeblich existieren hierzu auch bereits Prototypen, von denen mindestens einer mit stärkeren Magneten ausgestattet sein und der auch schnellere Ladezeiten ermöglichen soll als beim iPhone. 

Nicht vergessen darf man dabei, dass wir uns hier immer noch im Rahmen von Gerüchten bewegen, was bedeutet, dass selbst wenn solche Prototypen existieren sollten, Apple sich immer noch für ein anderes finales Design entscheiden kann und evtl. sogar das Thema MagSafe-Laden beim iPad Pro auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt verschiebt.
