Das Thema Fitness und Gesundheit ist momentan vor allem auch durch Apples Bestrebungen auf diesem Gebiet extrem heiß. Nicht umsonst beinhaltet iOS 8 die neue Health-App und nicht umsonst verfügt die Apple Watch über entsprechende Sensoren und Apps zur Ermittlung von Gesundheits- und Fitnessdaten. Immer dann, wenn Gadgets aus diesem Bereich mit einer App und damit einem Smartphone oder Tablet verbunden sind, spricht man von "Connected Health". Passend zum aktuellen Hype bietet Amazon derzeit und noch bis zum 31. Mai in einer Aktion 20% Rabatt auf Produkte aus diesem Bereich an. Unter den angebotenen Produkten befinden sich auch diverse Angebote aus dem Hause Withings, die außerordentlich empfehlenswert sind und über eine iOS-App verfügen. Um die 20% Rabatt gutgeschrieben zu bekommen, müssen die auf der Sonderseite gelisteten Produkte zunächst mit ihrem regulären Preis in den Warenkorb gelegt werden. Beim Bezahlen gibt man dann den für jeden Kunden einmalig gültigen Aktionscode AMZNCONN ein und erhält dann den Nachlass vor dem Abschluss des Bezahlvorgangs.
