Zugegeben, ich habe mich lange gegen den Hype um Twitter gewehrt. Und auch heute stelle ich mir nach wie vor die Frage, warum Leute auf diesem Wege anderen mitteilen wollen, wann sie ins Bett gehen, ihre Mails lesen, einkaufen gehen oder sich Schokopudding kochen. Allerdings habe ich inzwischen durchaus interessante Nutzungsmöglichkeiten für Twitter entdecken können. Das hängt zum einen mit meiner Forschungsarbeit zum Thema E-Portfolios zusammen, zum anderen aber auch mit meinem Blog. Twitter hat inzwischen eine unglaublich große Nutzerbasis, der man sich sicherlich nicht verschließen sollte. Mithilfe von Twitterfeed tauchen ganz automatisch alle halbe Stunde Teaser meiner Blogbeiträge inkl. Link zum eigentlichen Inhalt in meinem Twitterprofil auf. Eine solche Nachverfolgung ist sicher auch mit RSS möglich, hat mir aber zumindest neue Möglichkeiten im Umgang mit Twitter aufgezeigt. Alle die es interessiert, können über das Twitter-Icon rechts mein Profil erreichen.
